The use of the GlitGo application (‘Application’) is subject to these Terms of Use (‘ToU’). By using the Application, you accept these ToU in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.
GlitGo allows users to request services related to vehicle inspection and maintenance through the Application. The services are provided by partner service providers (‘Providers’) registered on the platform.
To use the services of the Application, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete personal information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted on your account.
Users must: – Provide accurate information when requesting services. – Respect appointments and conditions established with the Providers. – Not use the Application for illegal or prohibited purposes.
The GlitGo application acts solely as an intermediary between users and Providers. We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by Providers and are not responsible for disputes between users and Providers.
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your information and not disclosing it to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
All intellectual property rights related to the Application and its content are the exclusive property of GlitGo or its licensors. You are not authorized to use these elements without prior permission.
GlitGo reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. The changes will be posted on the Application and will take effect upon their online publication. Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the changes.
GlitGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate the ToU or misuse the Application.
These ToU are governed by the law of the state of Maryland in the United States. Any dispute related to the Application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maryland courts.
For users accessing or using Glitgo in the United States, the Glitgo platform and related services are operated by Smart Car Services LLC (“Smart Car Services,” “Glitgo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Smart Car Services LLC is the U.S. legal entity responsible for Glitgo’s operations in the United States. Unless otherwise expressly stated, any agreement entered into with Glitgo for services provided in the United States is entered into with Smart Car Services LLC.
Accordingly, Smart Car Services LLC assumes the rights, obligations, and responsibilities arising from the operation and provision of Glitgo services in the United States, subject to the limitations, exclusions, and other provisions set forth in these Terms of Service and applicable law.
For clarity, references in these Terms to “Glitgo,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” in connection with services provided in the United States, refer to Smart Car Services LLC.
Glitgo connects vehicle owners, hosts, and other customers (“Customers”) with independent service providers (“Glitters”) who may provide vehicle inspection, cleaning, preparation, and other related services through the Glitgo platform.
Glitters are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of Smart Car Services LLC or Glitgo. Nothing in these Terms, or in a Glitter’s use of the Glitgo platform, creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship between a Glitter and Smart Car Services LLC.
Glitters independently perform the services they accept through the Glitgo platform and are responsible for performing those services professionally, safely, and in accordance with applicable law and Glitgo’s applicable service standards and policies.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Smart Car Services LLC does not employ Glitters and does not guarantee or assume responsibility for every act or omission of a Glitter solely by reason of the Glitter’s use of the Glitgo platform.
However, Glitgo remains responsible for operating and administering the Glitgo platform and for the obligations expressly undertaken by Smart Car Services LLC under these Terms. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Glitters have no authority to enter into agreements on behalf of Smart Car Services LLC, make representations or warranties on its behalf, incur obligations in its name, or otherwise bind Smart Car Services LLC unless expressly authorized in writing.
